One of the Top 5 uncommitted safeties in the 2025 class is off the board. Nashville 4-star safety CJ Jimcoily just announced his college choice, picking LSU over a final four that also included Alabama, Stanford and Tennessee. With Jhase Thomas already committed, first-year safeties coach Jake Olsen now has a pair of 4-star safeties committed for the current cycle. The commitment from Jimcoily also upped LSU's average commit rating, and the Tigers inched closer to Ohio State and the No. 2 recruiting class this cycle. Here's more from Jimcoily as the rising senior becomes the 20th commitment for LSU's 2025 class

In my expert opinion, when you see programs like Alabama, Tennessee and LSU pushing hard for a recruit, it makes me believe he is a bit underrated by the recruiting services. Good pickup for the Tigers.
