What are they sad about?
Both teams got their QB of the future
Both landed good weapons at WR. Knox is a stud imo
State got the APB from SC they wanted
Got better in the trenches
State landed some thumpers at LB
OM got a top TE

State fumbled a td on the GL and dropped one in the EZ towards the end when Heath got hurt

There's no way you could spin the EB as not being close. It's impossible. We had a walk-on and a 4th stringer playing in the secondary. In some ways it was similar to last year's game. We could have tied it up on the last play.

I hear this kid is good. Looks like another nice recruiting win for Lane.
Let’s face it guys... Lane was was board with the EB and knew that even with a historically bad defense and not taking points on multiple occasions Leach’s offense couldn’t keep up. The game is over, so move on.
It’s fun to have momentum as a program. Trust us on this one.
