Got a pair of commits from Geismar, LA that Rivals hasn't rated yet, too. Isn't that the school that the coach won't send in tapes and such? I remember reading that there was one school down that way that wouldn't...

Hell, Rivals just needs to go ahead and give the pair their 5.7 3* rating since they committed to the Hogs.

247 guys said that Moseley was the most impressive WR at camp this weekend. No clue why he hasn't been rated.

Both of those guys are solid prospects. Don't matter what the sites say.

Thanks for the info. I know Cincinnati Bowtie had good things to say about them as well.

I'm stoked about these additions. Louisiana puts out a lot of legit high school talent. It's about time we started recruiting down there more often. We're never going to beat out LSU but there is plenty of talent left from the kids that wont be Tigers.

Peaking in July at recruiting isn't something to be proud of. Will be glorious to watch the meltdowns as 12 other teams pass Tenner up.

Arky will flip at least one 4* Tenn commit.

Recruiting comes easy for Tenner this year with all the daddies pushing them for Tenner.

no doubt.

wasn't some of the lsu fans on here saying that we had burned a bunch of bridges down there and we had screwed ourselves from ever being able to recruit down there again because we dropped some La. prospects when 2B's got here? yea seems that's not quite the case...

eta: yup and just for added lulz at tbird LINK

I had said that about one specific area of Louisiana because all the guys y'all cut loose were from the same area. Y'all won't be getting anyone from that area this year anyway though because there isn't anyone worth going after there. Except maybe a running back from Hammond, but I don't know if he's SEC caliber.

The area I was talking about is the I12/I55 area. Not too big a deal. Dutchtown and Rummel are better schools to be connected at.

Hiring Michael Smith was a good move by Bielema. He seems to have some really good connections down in Louisiana. We actually didn't bring him on staff until after those two kids were dropped so I bet he has helped mend some fences.

I'm really hoping that we land Jared Cornelius as well. That would pretty much finish us up at WR for the year if we got him too.

Correct, and Otha Peters is a prime example. Ya'll did a great job grabbing him. Every year, there are really good recruits that are left that we just didn't have enough scholarships to go after. If y'all can be the school to grab the guys that LSU can't, then y'all will get a lot of really good players

We are just getting started. Travis Henry and Jamal Lewis have a combined 17 kids, and that's just those we know about.

Could run into a tight numbers situation in the coming years as the first of them are now starting to near HS age.

In a few years we'll be hearing from Darren's kids. One of them is named Diesel. Diesel Mcfadden. Arky so stacked and SEC so fricked

These guys couldn't be LSU backups. I live in Geismar about 2 miles from Dutchtown high and have never heard of the kids.
