Idk how familiar you are with our OL situation, but our starting RT last year weight 270 lbs soaking wet lol.

Valentin was a very good player coming out of HS, but didn't have the grades to get into Oklahoma so went the JUCO route. Pretty confident on him coming in and doing well.

No idea about Johnson, and Wallace was a starter for Cal, so at the very least it's a body to add to the rotation. Really just need to make due for a year or two until we're able to recruit over the slop left over from Lyle and staff (lot of in state talent on both sides of the line for the '19 and '20 classes).

Would be really nice if we were somehow able to salvage Mays recruitment and get him on board. Lot of people seem to think the visit he had with Pruitt, Fulmer, and Friend went very well today but we're having to make up a lot of ground with Clemson. Would be beyond ideal to land both him and Carvin to go along with Trey Smiff.

What is status on K'Rojhn Calbert? Drafted him in the RMD last year and then of course started the season with surgery to keep him from playing at all... I think he's got a lot of potential, but he's definitely going to need some coaching.

Yep he told both his QB's to "git"....after he gave them visits?

I bet Pruitt just has it all put together and is planning to flip Fields and Lawrence to replace those guys!

UGA fans should start trembling at the thought of that major 2018 class hitting the field for Tennessee!

Lol I would be shocked if that kid ever played a down at UT. Only Lyle is fricking dumb enough to waste a scholarship on a project lineman who’s already had two knee surgeries before ever stepping foot on campus.

BJ Emmons, Cade Mays, Trevor Lawrence, Tee Higgins. All lifelong VOLS who will be playing elsewhere thanks to Lyle Allen Jones, it cannot be understated how awful he is at recruiting lol.

Tennessee fans do this to themselves. With every new coach and every new season you whip yourselves into a frenzy with delusions of grandeur. Nothing wrong with optimism, but Vol fans carry it way beyond any other fan base, including Auburn. Then you turn on the coach with a vengeance when he doesn't meet your inflated expectations.

I would suggest that you do yourselves and Pruitt a big favor, just take a wait and see approach this time. But that's not gonna happen; by August the vol media will be in full propaganda mode and vol fans will be debating who they'll meet in the national championship game. Carry on.
