Same here. They got some other 4* QB so they’re happy. This kid fits perfect with Morris though so I’m glad it worked out.

Ah, that makes more sense.

Congrats on the commit. I think he will surprise some people in yalls offensive scheme. (Good surprise)
Good luck to y’all the rest of the way. I like when all teams are competitive. Just makes it more fun to watch.

I’m hoping we can hang on to a few we have since it’s still a good ways out.

Staff is putting in the effort in TN and surrounding regions that we haven’t in a decade.

What about LA & AL? Both states have some pretty good players with real good upside that LSU and AU & UA don't take.

ETA: Congrats on the QB pickup. Sounds like a good one. Redshirt and develop him and he'll be ready to rock in couple years. QB Mac Jones that we took in the 2017 class is coming along nicely. He outplayed Jalen Hurts in the spring game.

We’ve done decent in LA recently but making more offers and progress in AL, TN with Craddock, Chavis, Cooper on staff. Stepp has us on a lot of WRs some from TN and Smith on TN DBs.

TN offers - LINK

AL offers - LINK

Plus a recent AL offer that doesn’t show up yet - LINK

Ideally he has time to develop if our QB commit from this year, Connor Noland, is as good as advertised.

Dude really needs to stick to baseball. Way more upside and a lot longer career over football.

Gunnell has had one of the strangest recruitments I can remember. Most of our folks think he ends up at Arizona with Sumlin.

This kid looks legit though, we got in on him way too late to be a factor. I think he will be a good one given some time to develop

His recruitment is starting to scream bust to me. It doesn’t seem like these all over the board recruits work out.

I’ve thought the same for a while. Reminds me of the Cali QB type recruitments ie Ricky Town.

Now the #3 dual threat QB on 247. Pretty big jump.
