Technically, they've already started to fall, but with DJ Lagway's commitment today, I can only assume more QBs will follow suit. Here are the Top 15 from 247 at of December 2022 (rankings are subject to change):
247 Link
Rank. Name - Committed School
1. Dylan Raiola - Ohio State
2. Julian Sayin - Alabama
3. Jadyn Davis - CB to Michigan
4. DJ Lagway - Florida
5. CJ Carr - Notre Dame
6. Elijah Brown - n/a
7. Jake Merklinger - n/a
8. Michael Van Buren - n/a
9. Jayden Bradford - CB to Penn State
10. Ryan Puglisi - Georgia
11. Colin Hurley - LSU
12. Air Noland - CB to Auburn
13. Walker White - CB to Old Miss
14. Isaac Wilson - n/a
15. Adrian Posse - Auburn

Already moved up around 300 spots just because of where he committed. He'll settle in well inside the top 100 overall

Same for Hurley
He went from being a 5-star in 2025 to not even Top 10 at the position in 2024

It's funny how that all works out. LT Oberton who reclassified last year and signed with AM still stayed pretty highly ranked.

Same with Hurley, he was the 2nd rated QB in 2025. As far as Pugs is concerned, he came out of nowhere and exploded on scene with offers from Georgia and Alabama. Then Georgia pretty much locked that down, pretty telling. I anticipate both could move up toward five stars when it’s said and done.

QB is as low priority as it gets for us at QB in 2024. So we're going developmental.
We are going after Daniel Kaelin a 3 star out of Nebraska
I think our recruit this year Gabarri Johnson is our quarterback though.
Horn it turns out didn't even make a contest of it vs Brady, he just didn't have the drive. He has a GOAT arm so he could always turn it around if he applies himself, he also plays baseball.
Gabarri Johnson just makes throws, he can throw bullets across his body running the opposite direction across the field, 50 yards down field. And he works hard

Thought Horn-Burden would break out come sophomore season, considering the hype and talent coming out high school. Still have plenty of time though

Someone did a follow-up analysis for 2015-2017 quarterbacks and found most high rated QBs busted.

I am interested in a QB that is a true 5 Star.
A Young, a Lawrence, you know one like those two.
