Why would tiger stadium be enticing? No QB wants to hand the ball off 50 times a game, no matter who the name brand is.
I mean, it's not like ole miss just took Bo Wallace, who everyone kept reminding us is so awful, and made him into a 10k yard Qb in 3 years.

10k yards of buble screens to Moncrief and Treadwell tho
Posted on 2/13/15 at 8:07 am to UMRealist
Was that 10k in interception yards? He also had like 40 int in his career.
100% if shea picks ole miss, he's transferring in a year.

I could see if we're arguing with a team that's recently put out numerous top tier QBs, but I'd be willing to bet he'd want to transfer from LSU if he signs there.
Look at his highlight film and what he does on offense and honestly ask yourself: Which offense fits him best?
LSU's offense is full of really talented players, but the style y'all run is awful. Your OC basically got fired and the NFL team that fired him went on to win a Super Bowl.
If that doesn't tell you anything, well.... :headinthesand:

LSU was the first SEC team in history to have a 3000 yd passer, 2 1000 yd WR's, and a 1000 yd rusher.
All that in Cameron's first year. It kind of defeats every point you just tried to make. We had a little growing pains with a true sophomore and true freshman QB. Plus being under center will prepare you for the NFL 10x more than the shotgun spread. Your window to make a decision is limited, kind of like having an NFL DE blitzing from the side.

I am sure he is a Hotty Toddy.....just another brick in the wall for our defense to crack in 2016.Besides; we have Franks coming anyway ( much better ).

Hahahah damn I thought you were a good poster. I don't understand the butthirt. Y'all already have a stud qb

It's not butthurt. This notion LSU can't develop a QB, especially by ole miss fans seems to be a continuous argument: . For a school that has resorted to transfers every single year since Eli left after the 03 season, you sure do have a lot of negative ideas about LSU's QB development. All I'm saying is some of you should look in the damn mirror before you criticize Lsu's QB's.

Is Ole Miss the conference's penultimate for developing quarterbacks? No. That's probably Jawja. But to be fair, neither school should talk about quarterback development.
LSU has started more guys they signed out of high school, but they've also signed 5* guys. We just haven't been able to recruit great quarterbacks here especially when we had Coonass Coach O and tQB Killer as our last two coaches before Freeze. It's not a matter of developing for us as it is recruiting, we just haven't landed any high ceiling guys.

Don't talk about our QB development. LSU greatest claim to fame since Eli is Jamarcus Russell and that guy was developed under the current head coach. Freeze has only developed 1 QB. He turned that 2* JUCO transfer QB with a hitch in his throwing motion and sluggish release, into a 10k Yd passer. LSU can't even develop 2 4* QBs into reliable passers with multiple NFL talents at RB and OL.
Who is your QB claim to fame that Miles has developed so magnificently? For that matter who has Cam developed at LSU? Mettenburger, Harris, and Jennings aren't exactly lighting it up and all were highly sought after talents.

How many times have we landed a top tier QB out of high school like the 4-5 stars I mentioned LSU signed earlier on in this thread? Only one in the Freeze era you could even come close to arguing is Buchanan but he came from MAIS (private school) so he was still extremely raw.

Not really.
You had some top tier athletes all across the field. A rookie NFL starting QB, arguably the best receiver in football, a solid NFL starter in Landry, and a solid NFL starting RB in Hill.
And you still finished behind Ole Miss that year in:
1) Total offense
2) Passing offense
3) First downs
4) On the scoreboard

Shouldn't you be training some athletes or taping up ankles? Aren't you the guy that said he was an athletic trainer?
