I never said he was solid or would not flip or decommit or whatever. I just think it is funny that people read one thing and jump to conclusions. For weeks now both AU fans and UGA fans seem to think their insiders are correct that Foster will flip to them. Someone will be dissappointed.

And if I were excited every time a commit said another recruit would end up at their school I would be on meds in the end. Just saying.

Scarborough didn't exactly have nice things to say just a couple of days ago.

Hoke said the story will be about those comments. The only hint he gave was that Bo wants to smooth things out and give Auburn a chance to get back in the picture.

Either way, kid is All-Bama. I really couldn't care less at this point.

Tweets from Mike Farrell:
quote:

Heard Reuben Foster talking to Dee Liner telling him he is better than Nkemdiche.
quote:

Dee Liner said his visit to #USC is a "vacation" but you can bet Coach Orgeron will make it a business trip. But Dee loves #Auburn
quote:

Reuben Foster rebuffs Dee Liner claim he's #Auburn bound, says he's solid to #Alabama and then said Dee is going to #MichiganState as a joke

Khaliel Rodgers said in an interview with Farrell that he was going to USC next week and that they will probably offer. If so, I expect him to end up there

Without a doubt.

It is interesting that his father is in Auburn checking out everything right now.

Is Josh Frazier related to Kiehl? Both are from Springdale.

Monty Adams cancelled due to an apparent ankle injury.

I don't know if that has been posted.

Liner told John Brice of VQ that he is planning on visiting Tennessee atleast twice, once on a unofficial & once on a official visit.

flipping Lawson and Liner would be so sick. Must. Win. Games.

Need Auburn to finish 5th in the West to flip a few of these guys, which I think is very possible with aTm there now.

Vol fans very hopeful.

From Laquon Treadwell:
quote:

Earlier this month the 6-foot-3, 198-pound Treadwell listed a group of top schools that included Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Oregon. An SEC team has made a move into that group in the last few weeks, however.

"I have been talking to Auburn a lot and I am probably going to be going on an official there," Treadwell said. "One of my (youth) coaches lives down there now in Alabama and is thinking about taking me down there. It's a good football school and they've got a good recruiting class right now."

TideWarrior, are you the ring-leader when it comes to the "Carl Lawson is going to flip" talk on VolNation?

Per you (from newest to oldest)...

quote:

I would watch out for UF with Lawson as well.

quote:

This is from on our best insiders for what it worth. Actually he runs a pay site for UA and added this with some other info regarding UA football and recruiting. He has been on the money for everyone I have seen him call since I was following him and usually a few weeks before there is even smoke. But since this has made it to several boards now I will go ahead and post here. FWIW

-AU's top verbal pledge, Carl Lawson, is now being trained locally here in Atlanta by former UT player & former top Bama target in High School, Constantin Ritzman. Constantin and I have a mutual friend, who is also a UTK Booster, and according to Ritzman, Lawson is truly a physical specimen who has shared that his AU pledge is not firm and he strongly prefers the 3-4 which is giving UTK and others an opening. Also, though not a 3-4, the kid is intrigued with USC and will be treking over to California soon. It should also be noted that the kid has evidently grown since his initial evaluations by UGA & UA where he was listed at only 6'1" which hurt him in their eyes.

quote:

AU fans think you guys are a little crazy thinking you guys can flip Lawson. FWIW but AU fans are not the smartest either.

quote:

Something seems to have happen with AU. Not saying they are not in it still, but no longer seem to be at the top. I know AU fans seem to think UA might have shot now as well. FWIW.

And I didn't even go any further into the thread.

Those losers also got mad and got Bow9den banned.

At least we know where all the optimism is coming from on Tennessee's side...

Now they're even trying to sound confident in Dee Liner flipping to Tennessee. Wow.

The day either Lawson or Liner flip, especially to Tennessee, is the day Dooley wins a National Championship

I have to give them something.

Yeah Bow9den never played nice and always posted stuff in a way that seemd to rub it in their face regarding a recruit.

VN does not tolerate it like here. Same with boards like ours TideFans. It has a sticky since Dec that LSU are not allowed to post. But every team has those. VN fans are a little bipolar right now and good reason. It is like a roller coaster over there. Seems to be more downs than ups.
