According to Rivals.com, we hadn't even offered Olsen...
I'd be very happy with Rettig.

Him or Buchanan. Either would be fine with me.
And yes, we didn't offer Olsen, Loeffler was never that high on him. And this info isn't damage control or whatever, Bryan Matthews said we weren't after Olsen long before he even narrowed his list.
As for Wilkins, kid is in the bag. He just has to visit

Agreed, and I'm excited about him. I read somewhere that he's around 6'1-6'2, 210 pounds. He's got plenty of room to keep growing and will give us another big running back to go along with Jovon Robinson.

He's got the talent, his recruitment would have been alot more heated if his grades weren't questionable, I'm glad we took a chance with him
Jovon Robinson.

The "big running back" fan in me hopes he ends up being the #1 by the end of the season. Dyer was pretty stout, but this guy would make Dyer look small. He'll be 6'1 235 pounds this time next season, and he's got the moves to go with it. His breakaway speed isn't the greatest, but I don't even care. He could be a really good player.

I'm also glad. Wasn't there a rumor about him having a heart condition as well? Those 2 rumors probably scared a couple teams away. I know FSU and Alabama backed off due to grades, and memphisplaya used to always say his grades were terrible.

His latest interview with Scout definitely made it seem that way. When he was talking about Auburn, he said "Hopefully..." and then stopped short of saying something. It made it sound like he would seriously consider Auburn if Loeffler was higher on him.

Hopefully that means we feel good about Rettig or Buchanan

Yeah, we need to grab a good QB prospect. If Frazier looks really good in 2012. Loeffler will have an easier time recruiting top QB's in the future. Man oh man I so hope Frazier plays his arse off and shines.

So much is unknown about what our team will look like next year. But I do think if things really click on offense, there will be some renewed interest in some of these guys that already committed.

seems like Rettig's recruitment is only getting started.
Seems like Buchanan's major competition is Ole Miss right?
which would you guys rather have?

The one with the most stars of course
As long as he can make all the throws, I don't care

I'd honestly like to take both if possible. But if I had to choose one, I'd take Buchanan. I'm a big fan of the guy

AU will have a beastly rotation at RB this year & Robinson is like 3rd or 4th down the list IMHO
1. Mike Blakely
2. McCalebb
3. Corey Grant
4. Tre Mason/J. Robinson
IMHO

Either Mason or Grant will start. I wouldn't bother putting McCalebb on the depth chart like that because it sounds like Loeffler's got some special plans for him.

That's why I put
by his name I have NO idea where he would fit in a pro style except as a slot WR and he doesn't have the hands as good as about 6 AU WR's (Sammie will be SPECIAL this year) especially since he won't conform and gain weight like Grant and Blakely to some degree have.

He's tried and his body hasn't allowed him to. Actually, he's gained about 15-20 pounds since he's been at Auburn.

What weight did he come in at? 155? so he's conformed to being a skeletor his whole life?
