Went back and watched his junior highlights: LINK
Positives:
1. Strong arm as evidenced by 60 yard bomb through the air on first play
2. Absolutely great touch on his throws
3. More athletic than the "pro-style" label would lead you to believe. Is capable of being the best running QB at Bama in the last 10 years (excluding B. Sims). Definitely want to keep him out of harm's way though until he adds some weight
4. Love how he looks throwing when rolling out (both to his left and right)
Concerns:
1. Obviously no snaps under center
2. About 80% of his completions were to 1 receiver (#4). If #4 was a senior last year, it'll be interesting to see if he's able to maintain his same level of production without him
3. Level of competition. On the flip side he's not going to know what to do with receivers over 5'10 and who run sub 4.8/40. Throwing over OL and DL taller than 6' will also be an adjustment

Gotta call up ArDarius Stewart & tell him congrats (that's the QB HE wanted in this class as well)
& FTR I'm pretty sure this email was a bit of a surprise as well because Stewart told me he was gonna commit after he came to camp later next month he thought (I assume that came from staff)
