He's going to have offers from all the big boys before it's said and done. I think the only one we'll have to worry about is Oklahoma

I saw Courtney at the airport this morning. He was late for his flight (pretty sure missed it) and was pissed. I guess $5m later he was over it. Haha

Love me some old school Rick, also like his features recently since he got out of prison, but my all time favorite Hip Hop legends will always be KRS-ONE and Biggie

My current faves are Royce and Wale
As far as old school, I think it's crazy how consistent Nas has been. 21 years now. And Big L. And too many to name
As a matter of fact (just to bring it back to recruiting) the moment I gave up on Star Jackson was when I saw a facebook post he made saying "That new Gucci Mane is fire". I knew I couldn't trust him in a huddle if he had such shitty taste in hip hop

Like both, especially gangstarr. They influenced Royce a lot and I appreciate that.
One of my most popular jokes on the road is about how I don't believe these hip hop guys. You have to be the hardest dude of all time, dress borderline gay, and be good at rhyming. You have to be good at shooting a motherfricker AND iambic pentameter and those skill sets seem mutually exclusive. Then something about Shakespeare couldve only used the n word if he was rapping as Othello

To say it’s been an uneventful week for Monroe (La.) Ouachita Parish offensive tackle Cameron Robinson would be an understatement. The 6-foot-5, 320-pound class of 2014 prospect entered the week with no offers and is now up to four SEC West tenders.
Mississippi State was the first to offer on Monday and the 247Sports five-star has added an offer a day since with LSU, Arkansas, and Alabama all jumping in the boat.
“It felt good to get those offers with them being SEC schools. They’ re all showing a lot of interest and I’d like to play in the SEC. I just like that style of football and feel that’s where the best football is played,” said Robinson.
The offers from LSU and Alabama were particularly big for Robinson as the both schools have comprised his top two for some time.
“Coach Stud (Greg Studrawa) the offensive line coach and offensive coordinator (for LSU), was originally going to come to one of my spring practices next week and offer me in person, but I think when he found out that Mississippi State offered, he went ahead with their offer. I still think LSU is coming next week though.
“Coach (Mike) Groh from Alabama came down to watch my spring practice. He pretty much just came in my coach’s office and said they were offering.”
The north Louisiana standout has also been in contact with Texas head coach Mack Brown and offensive line coach Stacy Searels.
“I’ve talked with Coach Mack Brown and Coach Searels on the phone and I think Coach Searels is coming next week. He was talking about offering me and I think they’ll offer me this summer if I go to their camp.”
The offers are a culmination of Robinson’s hard work and he isn’t taking them for granted.
“It just feels good to know that all your hard work is paying off and it makes you want to work harder and get better. It feels good when one of the top teams in the nation is interested in you. Just to have those type of schools even interested in me is an honor. I’d be excited if those schools contact you, let alone offer you.”
LSU, Alabama, and Texas remain on top for Robinson, who wants to wait at least a year before coming to a decision.
“That is still pretty much my top three. I think I’m going to let everything play out. I was thinking I might commit in the summer before my senior year so I won’t have to worry about it.”
Robinson has a grade of 99 from 247Sports and is ranked as the nation’s top offensive lineman and number five prospect in the nation, regardless of position.

Last year Josh McNeil was just a basketball player. Now, he's officially one of the top football prospects in the nation as evident by his selection to the Under Armour All-America Game on Tuesday.
“It's a dream come true,” said the tight end from Durham (N.C.) Hillside. “I'm the first person from my high school to be selected to the Under Armour All-America Game.”
McNeil decided to try his hand at football last summer when he realized scholarship offers weren't coming his way in basketball. Good move, considering he now has offers from many of the nation's top programs. McNeil will cut his list of schools down to seven on Friday and in a bit of a preview said that Florida, Georgia and Alabama will definitely be on the list.
The athletic, 6-foot-5, 240-pound tight end, who will also take part of The Opening camp in July, says it has been a wild ride.
“It just came so quick,” McNeil said. “Everything is happening so fast.”
McNeil said he remembers watching the telecast of the Under Armour All-America Game in January and imagined being coached by the likes of former NFL players, such as Keyshawn Johnson, Deion Sanders and Herm Edwards.
“It's amazing to watch,” he said.
