Usually if they're a 2-star they haven't been evaluated yet. I think Scout has him as a 3 after they evaluated him.

It's certainly possible. But I think any improvement will primarily be a factor of better coaching.

We haven't had enough talent on D for years now. We had Matt Harris starting at Safety when BMFP got here

I expect an improvement with the coaching, too.
