No diet for me, I'm a whole 170lbs.

On that note, who works out? What do you do?

Gym's up here are ridiculous (starting around $80/month), so I started running when my GF moved in. She's a health nut. Anyway, I've been doing pretty good staying motivated even with the cold weather.

I work out, mainly cardio. I have equipment at home, I don't go to the gym.

I'm not sure haynes will change much in this respect. He seems to think we just need to be more fundamentally sound and less complex. I think he is actually right. Our defense was in position and if any of them had known what don't arm tackle meant then we would have been hanging in a lot more of those games than we were.

We'll never know because I don't think we have any other LB's that were as small as Jerico. I'd imagine Rasner is about 215 or so. Still small for LB standards, but you can just look at him and Jerico and tell that Rasner's a much larger athlete.

Going forward, with Haynes getting involved in recruiting and depth charts, I can't wait to see if he has faith in some of our bigger players. I can live with getting gashed through the air occasionally (less likely in the SEC), but this refusal to put bigger, stronger guys in against LSU/Bama has got to stop.

Just started a diet and running plan. I'm going to focus more on running and try to actually lose weight instead of maintaining my weight. Couch to 5k plan. Supposedly it was designed for lazy asses like me.

5k should be easy. I bet you could run/walk it right now. That was actually going to be my goal too, but on my first venture into running I was able to log 2.5 miles. So now I'm aiming for a 10K by the spring. I would run every day if my knees didn't suck. I like it...helps me get my mind off of things.

If you have a smartphone, check out the Adidas app called "MiCoach." You go to their website, sign up, tell them what goals you have, and then they'll sync that with your phone. I did the 10k goal. So now I have a customized plan on building my endurance over a few months. A voice pops up while I'm running to tell me things like, "speed up, slow down, you just did a mile in X minutes, etc, etc." I like it a lot. Free too.

Hayne's won't be around long if we keep getting blown out by Bama. I think he is a major upgrade at DC. We will be very sound and play faster. That alone should help us shave a touchdown a game off our average. If we tell our secondary players it's ok to look for the ball and save us a touchdown a game there that is 14 points off the average.

First off I don’t see how Mizzou and Arkansas fans can be so sure of where DGB will be going to school next fall. I saw a round table discussion on rivals with all of the expert recruiters from his top 5 and not one of them truly have a good bead on where this guy is going to end up. Arkansas fans said he had a great time and got to wear a Jersey on his official visit guess what that is the most common thing at ov's, Mizzou fans stooped (OU) so low to have a pep rally with their football team and reported that he loved his visit based on his facial expressions. The only peop;e that know where he is going is him and his family! Nothing anyone is saying means anything until tomorrow. But if I had to put money on it I would say Arkansas!

Very true. We'd create so many turnovers if they could learn to do that.
