the more i think about it, the more a JUCO WR is really a prority. i would be shocked if we didn't take one.
i mean, behind Hamilton, there is a NOTICABle gap in talent as of now. Horton seems to be the next guy, then wade.. I'm sure they could be serviceable even good bu they aren't there yet.
best case scenerio woudl be Hamilton, DGB, JUCO, wade/funerburk

I think they just need more reps to get the timing down. Our WR core is still very fast and very good behind our top 4.

while i agree, we don't have time to "let them get the timing down"
we aren't rebuilding. with an experienced O line, knile and dennis in the backfield and possibly the best QB in the country returning... we are reloading. we need to ensure we have the productivity out of our WR bunch

Jarnell Stokes maybe at the Houston game in Little Rock on Friday, if he doesn't commit somewhere first.

Cobi Hamilton, Marquel Wade, Quinta Fundeburk, Humphrey, Horton, among others, we will be fine for a long while at WR. We don't need to waste a scholly on a JUco WR...not when we need a Safety or MLB now.
You are just used to seeing Childs, Adams and Wright for 4 yrs...we have plenty of talent at WR just waiting.

those are just names at this point.
wade is not a good route runner (At this point), we don't know anything about quinta, Humphrey i doubt he's here in 2 years, he has the flexiblity of a brick, horton who is supposed to have the best hands of all of them drops passes and is hardly ever open anyway usually against the 3rd or forth corner and minor i have never yet seen in a actual offensive play
wade, hamilton and I think minor will be okay. but still, we are an offense centric team.

I think u need to calm down on those guys. I've seen them all practice, in spring and in fall camp and we will be fine at WR, for a long while.
Will there be drops? Plenty, but even our best WRs now drop too many passes.

that Juco receiver sounded like a stud though. I like 6'3" 215 4.4 guys at WR

JUCO OT Daniel Glauser has narrowed his choices to Arkansas, Florida St, Mississippi St and Oklahoma St.
6-7/325 Swedish guy

At this point in time I am willing to take any OT that will commit to us. I just want one to finally pull the trigger and then I will be perfectly fine with our recruiting class.

Seems as though we lead for Jordan Diamond.
Jonathan Williams said he is working on Simon Goines. Ronnie Stanely doesn't talk much, but most seem to have us in his top 3 or 4.

I think Diamond could be the most important recruit in this class, outside of DGB of course.

In Basketball, Jarnell Stokes said he will not sign early. That's great news for every team in the running not named Memphis.

Don't think I posted this, but 4-star LB Brian Nance said he has no leader, but the three that stick out are Arkansas, Nebraska and Southern Cal. Will schedule visits after playoffs.

Wasn't Nance's top 2 just Arkansas and Oregon or am I thinking of someone else?
Posted on 11/17/11 at 11:10 am to TheCheshireHog
That was Bryce Cottrell.

Listened to Mike Pennel on S&W earlier.
Hog Lock, imo.
