St. Petersburg, (Fla.) Gibbs coach Antonio Knox said CB Gary Simon is having a difficult time trying to make a decision after visiting Arkansas and Oklahoma back-to-back.

He said Simon, 6-1, 180, 4.4 was impressed with Arkansas’ weight room, tradition and fan base while he was impressed with Oklahoma’s trophy case and tradition. Knox said Simon was shocked how the Hog fans knew about him and how they supported the team.

He said LSU tried to get into the picture on Monday but Simon will not be making a visit to Baton Rouge. The Tigers were his favorite school but they entered into the process too late.

HAHAHA LSU

That seems like a good waste of resources. There's $300k they could use to clean up their meth problem

After making his official visit to Arkansas, highly recruited receiver Davonte Neal couldn’t pick just one part of the trip as a highlight. “It was all a highlight,” said Neal, the two-time Gatorade Arizona Player of the Year. “Everything was new. The fans are crazy. I’ve never seen something like that before. It was fun.” Neal, 5-10, 172, 4.37 of Scottsdale, (Ariz.) Chaparral has approximately 50 scholarship offers, including Arkansas, Ohio State, Arizona, Arizona State, LSU, Notre Dame, Auburn and UCLA.

He rushed 100 times for 1,317 yards and 16 touchdowns while recording 62 receptions for 1,113 yards and 14 touchdowns as a senior. “I had a good time hanging out with the fellas and getting to know the school a little bit better,” said Neal, who previously visited Notre Dame and Ohio State. “Getting to know the coaches.” Neal, who said in Tuesday’s Arkansas Democrat-Gazette that Arkansas had the best facilities in college football, said visit let him know what the Razorbacks had to offer. “It just lets me know where Arkansas stands It lets me know about the different things about Arkansas and gives me a feel for Arkansas.” he said.

In an earlier interview, CBS Sports Network national recruiting analyst Tom Lemming, who rates Neal the No. 67 prospect in the nation, said he’s one of the more exciting players in the country. “He’s an impact player on offense as a running back, as a receiver, as a kick returner,” Lemming said. “He’s guy that can do it all. He’s one of the more explosive players in the country.”

High praise on our facilities even after visiting Ohio State and Notre Dame by saying ours were the best he has seen.

Maybe all their coaches can't drive because of DUIs.

There were seven coaches heading to Hillcrest today. Makes logistic sense to go on a bus then each driving individually.

7 coaches? Trying hard aren't we? I thought stuff like that was too much for DGB?

But it's only too much if any school but Mizzou does I guess.

So how long do they stay there and what do they all say?

So, hi DGB! Just if you forgot we want you to come to insert whatever school.

Seems it could create an odd situation.
