I am a little confused, I have played alot of football and if you think that was a timing issue then Wade needs a fricking watch. You can't just unload on a returner because you hope the ball is coming. That player is the definintion of defeneless. If you think this guy did something "tough" you have no idea what tough is. I don't give a shite if he called fair catch or if he celebrated it was a chicken shite hit.

Perhaps he thought by watching the Vandy player that he did catch the ball?
You would have to ask Wade about what he saw, but nothing in his demeanor or prior actions would lead you to believe that he had predetermined to level the vandy player before the ball snapped whether the vandy player had caught the ball or not.

I get the timing aspect of the play. The issue for me was it wasn't even remotely close. I was watching then game live with guys I played with (granted a long time ago) and we all couldn't believe how ridiculous it was. Look, I could care less who won it just jumped off the screen at me.

1)IMHO i don't believe he did it on purpose, but it is how he responded all the way until he left the view of the camera
2)If his timing was off--this could explain the problems with the hog offense as well
3) No one is scared of Wade. My lil brother could have caused a massive hit on any guy looking up running forward not expecting to get hit. Please stop acting like he is Ray Lewis and made this awesome hit

Its not any different than Polamalu's hit.
Both balls landed directly behind the hit a second later.
It's guys trying to make big plans, it happens. Not a single Arkansas fan has debated it wasn't a penalty.

So helmet to helmet isn't a penalty? Thug arse was celebrating on the sidelines afterwards that's cool tho he'll be suspended at least another game

Show me this "Celebrating" with smiles and high fives you are implying on the sideline? It certainly isn't in the youtube video.
If anything he's pissed for being ejected when going ultra hard on a play that drew a penalty.

That might not have been him saluting today, but he was strutting off like he did something big. Look arky people he wanted to be a hero and make a big play. He tried timing it, but the punt stayed up longer and he plowed him.
