Updated with tEast.

We've played Georgia 92 times, not 93.

I guess the site doesn't count ties??

It only counts games between what Stassen considers to be 'major' programs.

A lot of SEC teams pre 1900 or so are considered club teams.

Auburn

Tenn-51

More evidence to support moving Auburn to the East.

As an Arkansas fan, its interesting to me that Arkansas is already in the top 5 of Ole Miss and LSU.

In 1992, Arkansas was #9 on LSU's all-time list (36 games), while A&M was #6 (44 games). Today Arkansas is #6 all-time (59 games) while A&M is #9 (52 games).

Very underrated rivalry IMO.

I never hear it talked about when rivalries are discussed on national scale. How many others are tied?

It's because AU and UG both have more important rivalry games.

I took this info from Stassen.com

Which is shorthand for saying "this information is incorrect".

FWIW... We are currently tied with Tenn... 21-21-2...

I can't seem to find the records but I think after last Sat.'s win UGA & AU might be tied all-time in basketball also...

ETA: before last Sat. UGA & AU were tied 89-89, UGA now leads 90-89...
