While I can't stand Mizzou, as an OU fan, my favorite game of all time in the Big 12 era not OU related was the 2007 Kansas/Missouri game. At the time, no one would associate both with going into the game with conference title and national title implications. Missouri was rolling 28-6, but Kansas made a late run to make it interesting and got it to 28-34 before Missouri effectively ending it with a defensive safety.

The game against Clemson in 2008 with Cody as NT. It spelled the end for Tommy Bowden and opened the door for Dabo.

Showed Alabama was gonna be a team to recon with.
