LSU/A&M feels like a heated rivalry from a neutral observer’s POV. I don’t know if it was always that way or if playing every year has turned the heat up. But that’s a rivalry game.
Not to Missouri bash, but: their rivals seem more forced.

13-3 vs 9-4,
We had 10 wins. So 3 wins. Now you sound like OU fans talking about all those playoff appearances with exactly 0 nattys to show for it. We’ve won 2 and played for a 3rd since the last time yall have won one.

Another thing we have is just as many playoff wins as y’all do. Yall still haven’t been to the natty game in the playoff era. So we have that over yall as well.

Are we comparing all time programs here, picking random dates to assess whose better, whats your point. This is simple. Historically Texas is a better football and baseball program. Theboast 20 year a LSU is better at both.
Doesn't meant that Texas (despite not winning a natty the past 2 years) shouldnt be proud of back to back semi finals

We have more all time nattys in baseball and football than yall do. We’ve been a better baseball program for the better part of 3 decades. Football it’s been the last 25 years or so. Right around the time a championship game was instituted which later became the playoff. Anything really before 1990 should definitely be weighted differently. After the OU vs NCAA case that changed things massively. Once most teams started getting on tv regularly (early to mid 90’s) the power in CFB changed. Look at all the “blue bloods” now. Over half haven’t won a natty in last two decades. They became “blue bloods” by the NCAA deciding who got on tv and who didn’t. More national exposure means more fans nationally, more visible to recruits, and more likely to be voted for by the writers and poll voters because they’ve seen those schools play before.

Before you try saying we only have 4 football nattys I’m going to tell you you’re factually incorrect. The NCAA recognizes us for 5 nattys in football. Just because LSU doesn’t claim it doesn’t mean we don’t have 5 officially recognized national titles by the governing body of CFB (NCAA)

This is incorrect. The NCAA doesn't officially sanction a national championship in FBS football.

I didn’t say sanction. I said recognize. The NCAA recognizes LSU as football national champions in 1908, 1958, 2003, 2007, 2019.

I just hate the idea of 3 being OU for A&M. Then its like the Big 12 South all over again.
