Is Cam currently ineligible under the current rules based on the information known?

I NEVER once was talking about that to you.

How about responding to MY points?

Why would I respond to your points when you continue to ignore mine?

More of that rational logic you've shown in this thread.

Someone posted a link to this out the sec by laws and they are worse than the ncaa by laws. If cecil newton really admitted to solicitating money and expecting to recieve money than cameron newton should be ruled ineligible. By no means and i being a smart arse there is no proof right now that auburn university has done anything wrong only that cecil newton solicitated money without his sons knowledge.
If at any time before or after matriculation in a member institution a student-athlete or any member of his/her family receives or agrees to receive, directly or indirectly, any aid or assistance beyond or in addition to that permitted by the Bylaws of this Conference (except such aid or assistance as such student-athlete may receive from those persons on whom the student is naturally or legally dependent for support), such student- athlete shall be ineligible for competition in any intercollegiate sport within the Conference for the remainder of his/her college career."

Neither Cam nor Cecil received or agreed to receive anything from Auburn University based on what is known to date. Therefore, Cam is and remains 100% eligible at AU.

I cannot predict what will or will not happen in the future. However, it is obvious under current NCAA and SEC bylaws, Cam is an eligible player at AU, unlike what many here have stated to the contrary as an absolute fact. Either because they are fortune tellers or are incapable of reading rules written on a very basic level.

You're so stupid.

You're like a 13 year old.

It's pathetic.

I can't deal with idiots like you.

I figured I'd just save this dude some time and get all of the mindless comments out of the way.

I find it funny how he keeps asking everyone to refute stuff, and yet he hasn't presented anything, just ranting and yelling and calling people names.

Keep reading past the part you quoted. It says nothing about what school it happens at.

You seemed to not comprehend the part the guy posted about that you quoted.

it says NOTHING about what school a player is at, simply that if he solicits money, he can't EVER play in that conference again.

What part am I wrong on there on that quote?

So, did Cam or Cecil receive money from MSU?

Did MSU agree to pay them?

Want to explain?

Receive = got money.

Agreed to receive = an agreement. Also, known as scienter in legaleese. A meeting of the minds. An agreement in place. According to MSU, this was denied.

Therefore, you have NEITHER an exchange of money or an agreement to exchange money.

Keep trying though. I have a lot of experience in legal documents, rules and regulations and I am familiar with every one referenced so far...

Sorry, but we have only been through these bylaws and and interpretation of them about a dozen times on this site. It gets aggravating having to explain over and over and over how a literal reading of them = Cam is not ineligible at AU at this point in time under the current rules based on what is known.

Then the eligibility question if what you say is true will have to come into question if the text message that bell or bond whichever one of them is recovered states there was solicitation of a payment plan of 80,000.... 50,000.... and 50,000 correct?

According to a tweet I recieved from my source close to the situation, the Dozers have been fueled and serviced
