You have been known to misconstrue things, so let’s see the link about the ncaa bragging about spyre.
Actions like text messages between Nico, vols coaches, and the spyre boosters, receipts about transportation, etc. There are a lot of potential incriminating actions that can screw the vols.

Did you ever decide if Mike is a booster in your mind?

Are you saying a group of vol boosters are not running spyre? They are just fans?

Spyre is a founding member of TCA, look it up and educate yourself.

By the loosest terms 90 percent of fans could be labeled boosters. By the accepted standards (major donor) then no they are not boosters.

Do you believe NIKE is a booster?

Nike provides benefits to every single nike school. Many of the SEC schools are Nike branded. I dont think they are considered a booster to every single school they provide clothing for.

That’s like saying “our coach gave him a bag of cash and some coke…..but he didn’t identify as a recruit at that moment.”

We got popped with a level 1 violation after an FCA leader from Memphis drove football recruits to several campuses so they could all visit different schools. The FCA leader had season tickets to Ole Miss baseball. He didn’t go to any football games.
The NCAA considered him to be enough of a booster to punish us.

I dont think the what you accept as a booster is the same as the NCAA's idea. Safer to assume they are boosters.

Amid the ongoing NCAA investigation at the University of Tennessee, any news about the power structure of collegiate athletics is notable for the Vols. On Monday, an interesting development occurred in the courts - a National Labor Relations Board in Boston ordered a union elect for the men's basketball team at the University of Dartmouth. They cited that the school's basketball players are considered school employees.

So since Spyre provides services as a broker to more than university of Tennessee student athletes they would not by your standards be considered a booster. Correct? Or do you wish to change your answer.

What exactly are you accusing NIKE of doing?
I said SPYRE has VOL boosters within their group, and they have been vocal about what they are doing, which has gotten the vols yet another investigation.

See stupid rules like that needs to be changed. What if his parents had season tickets? We can’t go to the games because he might run into some coaches.

Nike donates millions to Oregon, designs every aspect of their athletic department, funds their athletic department, runs camps that funnel kids to Oregon, there are buildings on Oregon’s campus named for Nike.
Nike deal with Oregon
Read the section about NIKE getting coaches fired
Basketball complex named for Nike cofounders son

You realize there are different rules for donating to a university versus donating directly to student athletes or recruits don’t you? It seems like you don’t.

Nike has a deal with dozens of teams, including UGA and UT too. Adidas and Under Armor have deals with other teams. This is common, if you didnt know that already.
Are you accusing Nike of flying guys into Eugene to sign $8 million deals, only for them to end up on campus talking to Dan Lanning?
