lol...we don't have play makers on defense? you'll see, just talking out of your arse we see. although I will give you this, it was fun seeing him get playmakered on during session 21-0.
Where did he say bama doesnt have any playmakers on defense? His exact quote was:
Bama doesn't have a playmaker like him on defense and y'all are crazy if you think Saban wouldn't take him
Looks like someone needs the latest version of Hooked on Phonics....

Tyler Wilson
outside of the SEC-Matt Barkley(helps LSU, and hurts USC, sounds like a win-win situation)

Already made that trade. Only thing better would be him signing with Carolina or the Falcons

Monta Tao (sp?) at Notre Dame. We need an awesome LB this year as I think we'll be pretty much stacked at other positions on D.

I'd bet LSU would be pretty happy with a team exposing its biggest playmaker needing two games to get a TD.
We're talking smack about touchdowns now?

No, just noting that in the state of Alabama, torching is getting 0 passing touchdowns. You practically set him ablaze. My post means what it says.

literally every chunk yardage play through the air bama got on lsu this year wass against mathieu. Simon and Claiborne gave up nothing. Hanks burnt him on a few dig routes, norwood on the post corners, and hanks block on mathieu sprung kenny bell free for a chunk yardageg play. His coverage ability, the main thing a DB needs to possess, is nothing to write home about

Who are you trying to convince?
I just don't appreciate the disingenuous nature of the criticism. If his last name was Arenas, you'd be creaming yourself. Hell, if an Auburn poster even hints that Ingram wasn't the best back in the SEC when he won the Heisman, Bama fans lose their shite. Seems to me, if he gets torched, you should be happy he plays for LSU.

Trent richardson, all we needed last year was a running game, and we could have went undefeated.

You said he didn't get torched, I say he did. That's the nature of the argument. I'm not glad the kid is at lsu, because he is a playmaker..but it's a risk reward scenario. Sometimes he's going to strip the football, sometimes he's going to be picked on all game in pass defense. LSU fans talk about him like he's the second coming of deion sanders and i'm pointing out he's average in pass defense.

No one said anything like that. You guys wouldn't take Polamalu because he is "risky" and "small" and gets "torched." I just have to laugh. Also, you aren't pointing out anything. You are making unsupported assertions about how you feel about something. You think you got a bunch of yards on him. Great. You exposed him. Great. At the end of the day, Bama got a rushing TD on a tired defense over the course of two games. As I said, if that's torching Mathieu, bully for you guys. Those are Big 12 numbers there
Ask WVU, Arkansas, Georgia, and Florida among others if you want the other side of the story.

He hurt georgia and arky in the return game...the entire lsu secondary left much to be admired against WVA and UGA. Would you consider mathieu an asset or liability in coverage? I know the guy makes plays, punt returns, FF's, sacks...but in coverage, he is simply average.

Your unsupported belief doesn't appear to be borne out in the statistics.

It's born out of watching the kid with my own eyes. Those are team statistics, not tyrann mathieu statistics. He's often matched up on the oppositions #3 receiver yet still manages to give up big plays in the passing game. Kevin Norwood rarely saw the field all year and now the whole country knows who he is. Tyrann Mathieu is to thank for that

So you're basing his coverage skills off one bad game?

No, no they don't. I don't even know who the hell he is.

The rest of the post is so incorrect that I'm going to just stop arguing with you. You are free to persist in your ignorance. Have a good one, chief.
Re: Broyota2
Nah, he bases it on trolling, nothing more or less.

Naw. WR's from Bama are never anything to truly write home about.

Cam is the obvious answer.
