yea but the point was LSU is classless and if we havent put an aubbie in the hospital over the tiger walk than there shouldn't be any safety issue

There would be nowhere for opposing fans to stand where it wouldn't be against fire code.

And the cheerleaders would not be allowed to cheer after that because...?

This.

Auburn ALWAYS has Tiger Walk at every game: home, away, or neutral. I would know b/c I never miss a game: home, away, or neutral. We have had Tiger Walks in Auburn, Tuscaloosa, Athens, Lexington, Fayetteville, Baton Rouge, Morgantown, Atlanta, Dallas, New Orleans, Gainesville, Nashville, Starkville, Oxford, Columbia, and yes, even Knoxville, and there has never been a safety concern -- not once. I guarantee you this will be one of the loudest Tiger Walks we have this year, yes even without the band. Our fans will be fired up and ready to welcome OUR GUYS to Knoxville and give OUR GUYS a boost of enthusiasm. WAR EAGLE!!!

And if UT can handle 100k+ fans, but have a problem with 5k Aubies welcoming our team, I have a serious problem with UT and their bullshite.

We have done it everywhere. Even in much tighter confines at the Georgia dome in downtown Atl. The one in 2004 was huge.

You've got an album full of Tiger Walk pics throughout the years, don't you. Friends come over, have a couple of drinks, ooh and ahh over the grandeur that is...Tiger Walk.

Oh, I know.

Crompton can't handle 100k+ fans booing him.

Kiffin's not even responsible for this decision. But since it is popular to portray him as some sort of super-villain, feel free to pin it on his shoulders.

While you're at it, blame Tuberville, too.

Did anybody read the reason. The visitors entrance sits on the back of a hill with about an 8-10 foot wide two lane road. There would be nowhere for opposing fans to stand where it wouldn't be against fire code.

We packed over 50,000 people on a two lane road called Donahue in 1989 against Bama and did not have a problem. We have done this about 200+ times over the years and never had a problem.

The entrance in question is extraordinarily tight, and if something were to happen, ambulances would not have much of a chance at getting there in less than a half hour.

Honestly, what's the big deal? Do your traditions at your own stadium. We don't open the T in yours.

The school is encouraging the fans to great the team as they enter the stadium. So yall just go ahead and act like bad asses with your do it any way attitude, before you understand the situation.

frick the Vols... I didn't have a problem with them, but I do now... It seems to me they want to piss the other team off... But we'll take the extra motivation...

Nah we will do it regardless of what UT says. Just like in every other away venue. The only difference is that yall are the first school to say we can't do it. Now there will be more people in that small area.

UT is right its for your safety. Imagine the damage down if stallworth or little were behind the wheel and came down that road.

I'm sure a few thousand screaming Barners in a night game at our stadium will really get our team rattled.
