Just use standings from the previous year. #1 plays #1. #14 plays #14. Pick sites based on expected revenue. I'm sure the SEC knows someone who can do revenue forecasting and ops research to figure it out. Didn't Bert suggest this during the offseason?
This would be awesome the week before the NFL starts. So much $$$$$$$$$$$

I'm not sure I'd have a huge problem with that, but Bama seems to play better in Crimson jerseys. If it ever came down to a rematch at LAMC, I'd be ok with Bama in away whites.

Agree. Neutral site games kind of have an NFL atmosphere. It's not the same experience as a home game.

There would be 50 k at an IU uk game at Lucas that's why I suggested it be played there.
The only bad attendance would be Rutgers/Ms St in my scenario

Why because it might end up like last time they played?
Yeah. That win was boring. Dumbass.
No, it's because I don't like your obvious reasoning for most of the match ups
I'd prefer Nebraska or Michigan

Ohio State vs Alabama in Nashville in 2018 or 2019. Drop UL and make it happen in 2018.

Maybe LSU needs to finish higher than 3rd in a division and be picked to win a division to get marquee matchup in this type scenario.
Dumbass? I'm not the LSU fan like the rest saying Miles needs to be fired. I forgot the only way for 99% of LSU fans to be happy is to blame Miles and Alleva for everything.

Money right there. I'd buy ads for that show! I'm not sure OSU would want a defeat so early though.
I say defeat because Bama's kickoff classics have proven to be 100% loss to out of conference teams.

What are you talking about? Are you drinking?
You made a shitty list. It's ok.
It's just my opinion.
Michigan and Nebraska haven't won a conference title in a while, hell, LSU has won one since either of them have.
So you are 0-2 in this thread , Mr Southeast Missouri State University delusional All American

Put the Indiana vs Kentucky game in November, during basketball ball non conference season and have a basketball football doubleheader at Lucas oil?

Why in the hell would you not have Mizzou vs. Illinois?
I like the general idea of conference challenges like they do in hoops, you've got the match ups all screwed up though.
I think if it were to happen the match ups would look a little more like the following since TV ratings is what would drive it.
Michigan/Bama
Ohio St/Florida
Penn St/UGA
Nebraska/LSU
Illinois/Mizzou
Iowa/Tennessee
Wisconsin/Arkansas (I like the Ark/Neb matchup but I see national tv people trying to build drama)
Indiana/Kentucky is spot on
Michigan St./Auburn
Rutgers/South Carolina
Minnesota/Ole Miss
Purdue/Miss St.
Maryland/Vandy
and A&M/Northwestern is what's left.
I think to make it financially viable you'd need to use NFL stadiums closer to the host school. Do you reward the programs with the better traveling fanbase a game close by or do you hedge your bets and use the strong traveling fanbase to fill seats that a Vandy/MSST/Kentucky/Florida can't sell?
