I would not hire Chizik in any capacity. If I was forced to hire him, I would make him a recruiting coordinator.

It's not meant as a flame. Part of that has to do with maintaining chemistry and another part is loyalty. Who do you see on Bama's staff as immediately expendable in order to snap up Chizik?
