Worst off the top of my head is burning our starting QB's truck after a loss.

Yes, exactly.

The article basically says that the women who was killed was joking about something unrelated to Bama football (the Heat), but the Crazed Bammer wasn't able to comprehend and shot her anyway.

The article completely confirms it was about Bama's loss.

Just a suggestion, but you might want to rely more on the facts as they develop during an investigation instead of relying on the statements made by distraught family members immediately after a tragic event occurs.

So just because some likely Bammer attorney said it had nothing to do with Bama football, that's supposed to completely render the witness testimony as incorrect? Yeah, okay. Don't you think the Crazed Bammer's attorney is going to try to downplay the football angle to try to persuade the judge that his client is not a complete lunatic?

You're deciding to take the word of an attorney who was not at the party instead of a witness who was there at the party and even involved in the altercation. A first-person witness' testimony is far more reliable than the murder's attorney

That quote was recycled from the original articles about the shooting and was made by a family member of the victim.

... who was standing there when the murder took place. She's a first-person witness to everything.

The later statements made by people involved in the investigation and the case (like the one I quoted) very strongly stated it wasn't over the game.

The murder's attorney is the only person who made such a statement... and it was for obvious reasons. He's trying to avoid a longer sentence for his client. Obviously trying to downplay the fact that his client is a complete lunatic who murders people for not being sufficiently upset about her team losing to its biggest rival is going to be the first thing an attorney does.

As did hundreds of Bammer's on Bourbon Street the night before the Bama-LSU football game. Which is proof that ole Harvey is not some rogue, fringe fan on the Bama fan spectrum. He's actually closer to being the typical Bama fan.... its just he's the only one who had the guts to actually do what they all are glad happened.
