SEC East schools have brighter and more interesting colors than most of the SEC West schools IMO

OP hates his own team colors lol

And aggie fans are generally extraordinarily gay

Purple and Gold is actually fricking sexy, and original.

Aggie colors look like the frothy mixture of lube and fecal matter that is sometimes the byproduct of anal sex
Or maybe that's just texag's personal color.

Whenever I see Auburn's unis I think of Halloween. And their road uniform reminds me of that chewy Brach's taffy w/ the orange pieces in a solid white substrate.

Barntroopers are the best uniforms in CFB, miss me with that

Nothing better in the land than silver britches and UGA red and black.

Orange, honestly. It's a terrible color for clothing.
UF is the absolute worst. The pale orange of UT, or the burnt orange at the real UT at least take the edge off. Florida uses the most garish shade there is.
Auburn is at least smart enough to make it an accent color, except when they did that All Auburn, All Orange shite. That was the worst idea ever, especially since most of the shirts that get sold are the hideous UF orange, rather than the burnt orange that is Auburn's official color.

quote:YESSSSSSSSSSS! God I hate Texas A&M and Missippi State. Maroon isn't really even a color - it's an eye disease. When you see it you know you're sick.
Maroon anything
Seriously - School colors are important. They have a lot to do with the image the institution projects and the Aggies and Bulldogs look like shite.
The worst isn't in the SEC - it's Wyoming's brown and yellow. Earth tones don't exactly scream passion & excitement.

And whats up with those HORRIBLE dingy gray Tennessee uniforms? Gray, orange, and white? Really? Really? It's de-exciting.
And E V E R Y B O D Y now has BLACK in their school colors? Even the Stanford Cardinal is now black. How idiotic is that? Black is the new Cardinal? Not in my world.
***Here's an example of how important school colors can be: Tommy Bowden once explained to a sportswriter Alabama has an edge over other teams with their "blood red" jerseys. He said they evoke deep passion that gives Alabama an advantage and the fans feel it more than the team does.
