Talking about 2010 JJ

Are we talking about 1 single year?

He never played in the NFL. And he finished at LSU with less than a 50% completion rate, 24 touchdowns, and 34 interceptions.

was on the Browns for 3 years and was in training camps with the Seahawks and Raiders.

no even though some want to turn the thread into that.

He never played a down, I meant.
Among younger LSU fans, JJ will be the most hated, but Booty is still one of the most hated former LSU players ever. Part of that is also because we loved Davey so much, but on his 1st team all-SEC year, Booty threw 17 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. JJ's sophomore year, by comparison, was much better. 17 tds, 7 interceptions.

yeah statistically Booty was terrible.

For Ole Miss....I have to say Ethan Flatt. The kid was just awful.

There are several QB's in the past 25 years worse than Cox at UGA.
Quincy
JT3
Charles Johnson
James Jackson
just to name a few

how can you name a guy who was a starting QB in the NFL for multiple games as one of the worst in UGA history?

my answer.

Quincy was an NFL starter by default...there was quite literally no one else with a pulse on that Cowboys team and I think we can all agree that Jerry Jones has been making shitty decisions with coaches and players since Jimmy Johnson left town.
Quincy was OK at the college level but never should have been on an NFL roster. And certainly didnt even have the same level of success that Cox had. People like to bash the "Ginja" (thats Ginger-ninja for those of you playing along at home) but the fact is, he had a pretty solid year. The whole season was a rebuild for UGA.

You must be young. Pullig was the worst that I ever saw, and it wasn't close. Only QBs that even approached him were Long and Harris.
The current all-time leader in wins? 32-4-1 as a starter?
I wouldn't exactly trade JFF for him, but labeling him the worst of all-time? There have been much worse since.

doesn't matter. One of the best 32 in the NFL is impressive.

that's a joke statement.

one of the best 23 in the NFL is impressive? so, because there were 9 teams with worse options than the cowboys, im supposed to be impressed?
and no...it wasnt a joke statement. Just because you seem to have a love affair with Quincy doesnt mean that he needed to be on an NFL field. He was no better than slightly above average at UGA and again, didnt have the same level of success that cox had...and the argument here is just that he was worse than cox, not that he was the worst of all time at UGA.

I'm not going to take the time to look at see what he was ranked when he started but being a starting QB in the NFL for an extended amount of time is impressive. Saying anything less is just ignorant.

you're saying he didn't deserve to be on an NFL team even though he was a starter. That's a joke statement.

Johnny fricking Brantley!
1989 Kyle Morris, and it isn't close.

Bagley came away impressed with Ole Miss cornerback Chauncey Godwin, who said, ''I really felt for him whenever the crowd got down on him because I know how much that means to players to have fan support. The way they got on him really kind of bothered me. I hope he can bounce back.'' ''That says a lot to me when an opposing player says that the fans shouldn't be that way,'' Bagley said. ''He has a lot more class than people who call themselves supporters of the Gators. ''From the second series on, every time he took the field, he was booed. That's not the way you support your team. If you want to express dissatisfaction, that's one thing. To continually boo someone is wrong. ''Everything that went wrong wasn't Kyle Morris' fault.''
1989 Ole Miss @ Florida recap.
Or you can give it to Donald Douglas. He was just as bad as Morris.

plus Quincy didn't play his SR year.

While I can't speak knowledgeably to the opinions of most posters on this subject, I can say that there some Ags on here that would be well served to post less.
The winningest QB in A&M history and the 8th overall pick in the 2012 draft managed to make the cut on this thread.
Consider the old adage........"better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."

Zach Stoudt was worse. Way worse.
Snead still holds the record for most INTs (20). He was just a massive head case and had Nutt calling the shots. His ability wasn't the issue because he could make all the throws. He just didn't have teh chest for it.
I distinctly remember the three consecutive throws he made in 08 at LSU that ended with a fade route to Wallace for a TD. IIRC it was a fade to Dex, Breaux, then Wallace for 6. Unbelievable throws... He just fell apart mentally.
