Actually I do.
The SEC is not the Big 12 where you play one hard team then several easy ones. With the exception of Vanderbilt, the rest of the SEC teams will fight to the end.
This is where conditioning comes into play. OU is not use to this, and the grind will wear them down.
I would say OU will struggle to be .500 in the SEC for quite a few years.

We were playing with young new faces at all the skill positions playing in their first starts and they didn't have our veteran RB1 or RB2 in the run game for them to lean on. That's why they were so much stronger at the end of the season when those players returned from suspension.

Alabama has also dragged their balls over Clemson, but the funny thing is both have done it to Oklahoma.
And I am not sure if the ACC is worse than the Big 12, FSU and Clemson have both won NC in the last 10 years.

The ACC is far superior to the Big 12. Clemson is a class above Oklahoma, and the next rung is definitely leaning towards the ACC. The NFL talent alone speaks for itself. The Big 12 has consistently been the worst P5 conference the last 5 years.

- the SEC has won 11 out of the last 15 NC, and with 4 different teams. It is easy to talk big, but show us where OU has won a playoff game, let alone a NC. Of all the playoff teams, OU has the easiest path by far, and will continue to lose in the first round of the playoffs.

We have major depth on defense. This is very talented depth. All of this in Grinch’s third year. Yes, we can handle the grind of the mighty SEC. we’ll have a top 10 defense. Did you know our defense had better numbers than Bama last year. Phil Steele say hello

That, and Clemson doesn't play another ranked team the rest of the season after Georgia......but "the ACC is teh better conferenz thenz teh Big 12erz cuz nots a menzus league" or some goofy shite. Not a single ranked team on their conference schedule. Guy is such a simp!

They've had their fun beating up on those 108th ranked defenses in the playoffs like everybody in the conference did for 8 years. That's fine.
Their problem is they've convinced themselves that's the real Oklahoma because it supports their narratives about their conference, their teams, and about OU, which they need to believe are permanent. Let them live in fantasyland.
