WLOCP - Should be one of the better games in this series

This one looks like it will be a defensive battle, low scoring, with the winner coming out on top 20-17 or so.
Georgia is coming off the tough road loss having had an extra week to stew about it. The Gators had to gut one out over Vandy the last time out. These are two really good coaches with an extra week to prepare. UF is stout on defense up front. It's a good matchup for them because UGA will (or at least should) try to pound it on them with Swift and Holyfield. Same with the Gators really good RB tandem against UGA's front.
This game will have a huge say in who gets to Atlanta. If UGA wins, they have smooth sailing (with one big test left at Kentucky). If UF wins, they will need help from UGA down the stretch to beat Kentucky.
I think UGA wins 20-17, but this could go either way.

Good analysis but I am going with the team that beat LSU by 8 over the team that lost to LSU by 20.
Gators 24 -Leg humpers 17

This game is very big but, I don't know who wins this one and I don't care. Not because I don't think the game is important (it most certainly is) but either way, we have to win all our remaining conference games to win the division. If we don't, winner of WLOCP will be in almost guarenteed.

Is pot already legal in GA or are you just drunk?
Leg humpers are in for a long day on Saturday. The UG o and d lines aren't man enough to stop UF! LSU pushed them all over the field and UF did the same to LSU.

OK. We'll see how that works out for you. Maybe the refs will spot you 7 since you beat someone they lost to.

This. Should be a good game. Florida has shown improvement over the course of the season. We really have not.

You need to be worrying about that arse kicking that is coming your way from Bama and not so much about a game that you already lost.

Good analysis. I say UGA 24, UF 20.
It'll be a hard fought game and could go either way imo, but since I am a biased UGA fan I will give the Bulldogs the slight edge. Florida will be able to get yards on the ground against us and get some passes over the top as well.
UGA will work hard to re-establish the running game after getting away from it against LSU. How well Florida can contain UGA's running attack will determine the outcome of the game. I think UGA will have some success and come out victorious in a close game.

We get a much needed bye this week, after playing the toughest schedule in college football through the first 8 weeks. Thanks for thinking about us, though.
What's funny is I've made a couple of posts about games that are actually being played THIS WEEKEND, and nobody, not even the fans of the teams playing in those games, seem to give a rats arse about them.

Thanks. I agree.
I worry about Mullen with an extra week to prepare though. Like I said earlier, he and Franks seem to have finally found out how to make this work, at least enough to help out the defense. I will not be surprised to see this game go either way.
If Kentucky doesn't have a let down this week, and UGA is able to gut this one out, it will make for a surprising huge battle for all the East marbles the following week. What a slate for CBS that week!!!
