I think we’ll have fans in some type of limited capacity, at least at first. What I think should be allowed to make the games feel more normal is that teams should be able to pump in the remaining noise up to a previously measured decibel level in their stadium. Makes up the difference, sounds no different, and HFA really means something still

You don't have a clue about the safeguards being put in place so kids can even practice to some degree (without balls, pads, locker rooms etc.)
