I'm not convinced that he's qualified to be a DC... no DC experience, relatively young, and has only be a cornerbacks coach... we need a home run at DC.

IMO, we need someone who can recruit top tier players on D. We're getting them on offense, not so much on defense.

Okay but recruiting defensive players doesn't help if you don't have someone who can gameplan and coach players up. Recruiting is only one part of a very demanding job.

Agreed, I'm just trying to look at this from a more realistic view.
