This will all come down to whether or not the FBI pursues an indictment. If they do - Wade is in a bind.

I read where Dawkins is asking for a re-trial because one of the FBI agents involved in his case got in trouble for gambling with government money lol.
Regardless, Wade isn’t going to any jail other than the NCAA’s version via show-cause.
