The Feds case is that the schools are being defrauded by the runners. That’s obviously not the case.

I'm sure the first time last year this was all brought up they started doing their own work, would be dumb to think otherwise. If they found something they thought definitely jeopardizes his job, then they would act, but again, they also arent privy to the same knowledge the FBI is either. It's not like they can wiretap his phone.
One would think LSU Compliance has full knowledge of the taped phone calls, the idiot media dolts are dishing this shite out non-stop.
