Like I said...Most Texas fans I've interacted with on the board have been fine. Then there will be 2 or 3 that seem to be off the chain.

True. As I said...the BIG 12 did it because it doesn't bother Texas. Texas doesn't care, so the BIG12 decided to step in and call 15 yard penalties because...well...because it doesn't bother or hurt anybody.
