I would say that there is very little that is more pathetic than a fan of a team that just went 14-0 and won a national championship going to the trouble of trying to put down another program just a few days later rather than simply basking in the glow of such an accomplishment......
And a great example of why Alabama and its fans are almost universally despised in the SEC........

What is more pathetic is an Ole Miss fan trying to invalidate another team's national championship by claiming it to be illegitimate.

What stands out to me s that Ole Miss has one more 4-star (5) and one more 3-star (11) than MS State.

If Alabama, Auburn, and LSU disbanded their football program, and Mississippi State and Arkansas both go on a scholarship killing probation I'd say they'd have an outside shot.
