Don't count on beating Bama.

A&M is being overhyped, their losses while not as big as LSUs in numbers to me are more critical, best olineman and the LT, best DE, best WR, and OC. I think they regress next year.

LSU same as Bama, they will show up for this game, plus we got a new OC which I feel will make us better on offense.

But yeah I think Ole Miss goes 0-3 against them, still too young.

If I had to pick one, I would say LSU, based on all the defensive talent that is gone and Ole Miss will be at home, but it will still be close. I think Bama and A&M win.

LSU BEAT ole miss because they outscored them TWENTYONE to seven in the fourth quarter. Last I checked a punt return for a TD is only six points. So it was more than just special teams.

In the fourth quarter when push came to shove LSU STUFFED that weebel "O". The ole miss offense was able to generate ONE FIRST DOWN on their LAST THREE possessions of the game. Two three and outs and then on their one big play had a reception inside the LSU 20.

1st down - run loss of 2
2nd down - SACKED loss of 11
3rd down - SACKED loss of 7
4th down - MISSED FG

LSU took possession and proceeded to RAM it DOWN the ole miss throat. Tigers scored game winning TD with :15 seconds on the clock. Making sure rebels didn't have enough time to do anything with the ball.

Game summary

rebels "O" was successful on big plays. Nothing sustained. Only got into the red zone three times only scoring twice on those possessions.

wallace got over half his passing yards on four completions. wallace was their leading rusher thanks in large part to a 58 yard TD run. He finished the game with 54 yards rushing.

BIG PLAYS are a part of the game but, you won't consistenly beat the better teams that way.

A couple of years ago arky beat LSU by making a ton of big plays in the passing game. The next year they couldn't duplicate it and LSU tore them a new one. JJ even outpassed wilson.

I normally tend to focus on what a team returns as opposed to what they lost. The rebels do return most all of their starters. Now in regards to what LSU returns. LSU has TWENTY players returning with multiple starts under their belt.

fast paced offenses LSU has faced the last two years

'11 Oregon - WV - auburn
'12 a&m - ole miss

There might have been a couple more, I really don't remember.

LSU BEAT them ALL.

You realize A&M beat almost everyone with big plays. The HUNH is designed around big plays. If Bo doesn't take those 2 sacks and we don't give up the punt return the outcomes is probably different.

You couldn't stop Moncreif last year, what makes you think you will stop him this year when we are running more plays, have a deeper WR core/OLine and a more experienced QB?

You do realize LSU BEAT a&m don't you. Tigers forced him into probally his worst game.

If my aunt had a pair she would be my uncle. Still LSU was able to get that return and those sacks. If Reid takes a better angle wallace doesn't score on that long run and a couple of those long runs after a reception is only a reception.

LSU back seven will be much improved in '13. LSU was playing three freshmen DBs in their nickle and dime packages. Four of tigers top six LBs last year were true freshmen. Do you think they might improve also?

What makes you think rebel "D" will be able to stop LSU "O" next year? ole miss had the worst SEC defense LSU played all year. LSU returns four starting O-linemen, top four WRs, best FB in college FB, opening game starter at RB and end of season starter at RB plus starting QB.

On top of all that LSU is bringing in a DEEPER MORE TALENTED CLASS of recruits.

Because Mett sucks and is the most overrated QB in the country. We have more starters back and will have as good of DE as you will have, and just as good DB's. Your defense will take a step back next year.

Well now. That sucky most overrated QB in all of college football was good enough to BEAT your sorry arse team.

What does that say about them weebles??

Tigers did lose a ton of regular starters but, they return TWENTY SEVEN PLAYERS WITH STARTING EXPERIENCE. TWENTY ONE of which have MULTIPLE STARTS under their belt.

Is it really the 50th anniversary of ole mrs last SEC CHAMPIONSHIP???

Is it true that the rebs don't have a SINGLE SANCTIONED NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP???

You can also count that towards Ole Miss not having depth at defense this past year. They ran out of steam at the end.

reggie ray reb-

"Sidewalk fan, champ chaser...geauxranger is pretty much all of these rolled into one."

"You know good and damn well that SOB didn't go to a single game of the SEC baseball tourney last year but after they put us out he was in the face of every OM fan he could find... Talkin shite and breathing out of his mouth... Awful"

Reggie, Reggie, Reggie, you crack me up. You are right on one account, and I have to give you credit. I did not go to LSU. Thats right folks! Stupid me decided to take the football scholarship, to a Division 2 school instead. In my family we call that a wise business decision, and Reggie I am sorry that you could not afford to go to LSU, I really am. But if you were not a fat slobbering piece of shite, you probably could have been athletic enough to get a full ride somewhere too! As far as you misguided comment about me being a champ chaser and living in Hoover, you completely contradict yourself. Do I need to explain to you that Bama is 45 minutes away from T-Town? You must have also missed the point about me being from Louisiana. Its in my blood Reggie. My whole family loves LSU. I was born into it. Which is something that you will never understand. My background, my yearly donation to the school, and my actions are the only thing I need to be an LSU Tiger. But I do not expect you to know anything about that. I mean you have been on the rant for 4 months and you are averaging 288 posts a day. Get a life man.

Finally, your little comment about me not going to the baseball tourney last year was also incorrect. I took my son. We enjoyed watching the 11-2 arse whooping in person. My only regret is that we didn't come to Oxford to see us beat you 12-3 as well. Oh and Reggie. GFY

dmagic-

"So you weren't good enough to play big boy football"

"So your a bandwagon fan also? Damn what a pussy"

"Im Matt Bonner"

Magic Man!! Boy you really got me!! Your Matt Bonner? Holy shite!! Who knew? Well guess what buddy, you are less relevant than Leonard Weaver, who I played football with at my little Division 2 school. Google him sometime. But you my man, I wish I could get your autograph! Matt Bonner! Well, Matty since you asked the question about my manhood, were you not man enough to serve your country? Im a pussy? Look out folks we have another internet tough guy!! Dude you are a loser. Just like your Ole Miss team. Bunch of losers. Ole Miss has always lost, and will continue to do so. You and your shitty fanbase have nothing to be proud of, so instead you stoop to calling someone a pussy over the internet. I know your kind Matty. Your the same kind of internet tough guy that would crawl into a corner and suck his thumb and cry for his Mommy if you had to go through even 2 days of boot camp, let alone RIP school and ranger school.

Oh, and I am not a bandwagon fan, stupid. See my post to your co-hort above.

In closing, I realize that this is a wall of text and I do not care. Pieces of trash like these two need to be called out for what they are. LOSERS.

Oh and reggie to your comment about my service to this country. Your welcome. I am glad I served under the constitution that gave you the free speech to post so many times a day. I would tell you to find a job, and that the military is hiring, but your probably like Matty. Too weak to serve, and too stupid to realize that Ole Miss will never compete with LSU. Geaux Tigers. Im out.

Dude you didnt need to explain yourself to these figs. Bunch of uppity-pretender seer-sucker wearing wind bags.

They're setting themselves up for a monumental let down. Then they'll slink off into the abyss of reality.

Let them have their 14th moral victory national championship. You give an Ole Miss fan one sip of success and they turn into a cult of parrots repeating the same bullshite their great Grampy said 60 years ago.

You do realize this thread was started by a state fan right? Just like every daily OM thread, we aren't starting them thus we aren't the ones setting ourselves up for a monumental fail.
