I think A&M is better than both of those teams (and way better than Auburn). I also think that LaTech and Ole Miss are both just as good as State, might be even better.

Not after Nick "Evan Stone" Saban has his way with us. :(

Based on what exactly? We can't speak as to OM yet, that will be settled in November. But if you think you will ball like that against some better established defenses than you are dreaming. Every team in the west, with the exception of a VERY YOUNG but promising OM, a dysfunctional Arkansas and y'all have well established defenses. You will be held to less points then you had against Florida against LSU, Bama and State. Y'all are a one trick pony who relies way way to much on a freshman QB. He won't see the end of the season as a starter unless y'all buy him an Ironman suit.

Well LaTech did take yall into overtime in your house last year, I think they are much better than they were then.
State is better as well but LaTechs offense is much better than yours. Don't see state being as productive against A&M

So we didn't improve at all from last year? I like La Tec a lot but La Tech is not a 50 point team against a real defense. Sorry dude, just the way it is...
Air Raid offenses are notoriously poor on defense. Y'all spend all the effort to recruit offense and the d is nothing more than an afterthought.

If they would have beaten us, they'd probably be going undefeated this year.
quote:No, air raid offenses lead to more possessions and more plays against their defense.
Air Raid offenses are notoriously poor on defense.
More plays and more possessions lead to more points. Which of course is why there isn't a single team below us giving up fewer yards per play than us, but there are a whole bunch above us on total yardage giving up more than we do.
Total yardage is a horrible metric for measuring an offense or a defense. hth.

You aggies will find out soon enough that the Big 12 philosophy of high powered offense and no defense doesn't work in the SEC.

the only games we have a chance of losing for the rest of the season in decreasing order is alabama, lsu, atm, and then ole miss but we will win atleast 2 out of those 4 games

Accept there both unranked and MSU is 12th in the BCS.
FWIW half of the ACC would be 6-0 with your schedule. the teams yall have played are a combined 11-20 with the best team being tennessee 3-3 and winless in the SEC. the sec teams yall have played are a combined 0-11 in conference.

There is not 3 teams in the ACC that would beat Tennessee.
Tennessee is much like State last year. A top 30-35 team with a tough schedule. Who have they lost to? #2 Florida, @#11 Georgia, @ #12 MSU, and likely will lose against #1 Alabama and @ #7 South Carolina. They will finish on a 4 game win streak and win a bowl to go 8-5... and finish just outside the top 25. Book it

You guys should have learned by now, that no team State beats is worth a shite. That's just how it works.

You laugh because you do not have to play them. UT is the single worst matchup in the entire SEC for your team.
