Burrow doesn't have Russel's arm. He is however infinitely more accurate, so time will tell

Russell played 3 seasons in the NFL. He had an overall losing record at Oakland. He double his interception to touchdown ratio. Russell is considered to be the biggest bust in NFL history.
Is Joe Burrow the next Jamarcus Russell? I believe so.

Jamarcus had no drive once he got to the NFL. If you think for a second that joe burrow isn’t gonna have a drive your crazy.
