Good point about Lyle being complete trash as a HC. It hilarious to watch them get their hopes up because the East is going to be the worst division ever instead of because they will be a good, well coached team.

The East is bad enough that they could win 9 games and Lyle is bad enough that they could lose 7.

Look at you, pretending to not understand the terms of the bet

This is as shameful a thing as you've ever done on this board, TT9.

I said i could see him losing close to six and your dumbass puts the bet at 7.

No confidence in your fraud of a coach or just wanting someone that owns you poors on the reg to be permabanned?

After UF got busted with a roided up QB and team, they looked worse than Muschamp coached team. They escaped Vandy by 2 points and also needed a miracle to escape 3-9 FAU in overtime.

Malzahn and Derek Dooley's best ever season was their first season as well. 2015 UF season was a fool's gold. In 2016 McElwain will be placed on a hot seat by finishing 5-7 or 6-6. You can bookmark this post.

Alabama has a worse obesity rate than Tennessee. Though, that might not apply to you seeing that Alabama fans tend to not be from Alabama and have no ties to the University.

As I said many times before, Les Miles is the only coach that has wasted more offensive talent than Jim McElwain in recent years. Think about all the talent Jim McElwain had at his disposal during his time. at Bama. He had players like Julio Jones and Mark Ingram and Trent Richardson and Eddie Lacy, two Outland Trophy winners in Andre Smith and Barrett Jones, a young McCarron, etc.... Despite all of that talent, Bama finished inside the top 30 in total offense one time in four years under McElwain. And when he doesn't have a significant talent advantage over his opponents, you get results like the second half of the Gators season.

No, when a team losses its starting QB and has no depth you get what the Gators had the rest of the season

Lets not forget the Gators oline consisted of 2 freshman starters and a Fordham transfer.

And still beat your Vols who were supposed to be better this yr. i know thats hard to accept.

I think you're wrong here.

Bama was a bit ahead of schedule in 2008, Saban's second year, and they were rolling until the SECCG. They would have steamrolled OU that year had they beaten UF. That offense was legit that year. As good as UF's defense was, UF needed Tebow to control that game in the second half.

In 2009 UF's defense returned everyone from 2008. Now, Carlos Dunlap is an idiot and decided to get a DUI week of the game, but McElwain came out throwing in that game and from the first series, he had UF's defense off balance. He called a brilliant game then. Bama was around 10th in rushing and 25th in scoring. That's pretty good especially when the defense is that strong. Same for 2011.

In 2010 Bama had a weak defense on the back end. If not for McElwain's offense, Bama probably would have lost to Arkansas.

Total offense is a poor stat in isolation. Baylor is #1 in total offense - 3 losses. Texas Tech is #2 - 5 losses. Bowling Green #5 - 4 losses.

Yes. He will beat the shite out of UT next year, as will Alabama and Georgia. UT is a sit program.
