Big Ed and his staff along with the administration did a poor job of handling success after the great 2019 season. Teams tend to get happy once they win that big ole trophy but Ed his bunch pretty much set the standard on how to NOT handle success. He lost great staff as well but Nick has to do that ever year.
We'll see.
