Well he's looking pretty good about now and seems to know how to motivate his team.

Frank caught some heat for his actions towards Duane Notice, was suspended and then denunciated in the media, but for what it's worth, Duane Notice played his 2 best games of the season following that confrontation with Frank. Also it happened earlier in the season with Brenton WIlliams, who after the fracas with Frank went on to be the leading free throw shooter and one of the top scorers in the conference.
Frank catches a lot of heat for aggressively coaching his players, but he gets a lot out of them.
