A shitty defense is the best thing you can have for a Heisman campaign.

I'm not saying its right, but if he doesn't win, it will be because of his attitude and antics, not his ability.

Winston is out of the game by halftime while being up 42-0, on the other hand Manziel is padding his stats in the 4th quarter vs UTEP.

Probably already addressed down thread BUT just in case...

On the whole Manziel plays much better competition/defenses than Winston.

Manziel has been in a lot more close games where he had to be in for more of the game.

Also Manziel missed the entire first half of the season opener.

No love for Bryce Petty?

3,000 Yards Passing
24 Passing TDs / 1 INT
10 Rushing TDs

Only played in 9 games thus far as well.

JFF has 2 loses so he doesn't deserve the heisman.

Petty is my #2 behind Winston.

If he does his thing vs Okie St he'll get more hype.

ESPN set this up in the offseason. They ran with a story with no evidence every day.

I have not heard them mention Winston will not make a statement regarding the rape. I obviously have no idea what happened - but having significant background in legal matters - if your client is innocent and free - playing ball etc.. Its ok for him to tell people it wasn't me, I was not there. Because if you were not there - there is no reason not to say so. Instead - there is a statement about how they can't compel him to speak.

Gives them enough time to clear it up, pay the girl and for Winston to say he wasn't there or he was there but it wasn't him.

He says nothing. ESPN no mention. Unreal.
