Why should't JFF repeat as Heisman trophy winner?

The numbers speak for themselves, but would JFF's off-field issues hold him back from repeating?

You're missing ESPN's trump-card stat: QBR.
Apparently it hates all things Texas.

Its really not even close. JFF is the best QB in the game. Would be a shame for him not to win the Heisman.

What a bullshite metric. It's so bad

Also need to include a row to indicate how many highly rated defenses they have played. Manziel wins opponent weighted QBR hands down.

What is this QBR? And Johnny should win hands down.

Because A&M wouldn't be able to say "Beat Bama, Won Heisman"

Winston is out of the game by halftime while being up 42-0, on the other hand Manziel is padding his stats in the 4th quarter vs UTEP.

Is it padding if they have to score?

Bryce Petty hasn't been getting the love like he should but he can help himself with OSU and UT. JFF will put up pinball numbers against LSU and Mizzou (900-1000 Yards? 10 TD's?) Winston will continue to shine. Mariotta did little in his biggest game. IMO, it will come down to JFF and Winston.

Number inflation due to shitty defense.

Sure his numbers look good now.
But he's shown he can be caught from behind.

If he keeps up his current pace, he would have thrown the most interceptions by a Heisman winner since Ty Detmer, and 3rd highest total ever.

B/c his receiver bails him out half the time
