Urban has never coached in the NIL era. I don't even think he wants to coach in it.

I remember the Lane at USC days very vividly. Trust me, you do not want him. He is not a leader and adversity is his kryptonite.

Urban is the guy you want

Um..Saban sucked as a pro HC too, so not sure why the pros matter at all.... Pretty sure all wounds have healed for both Urban and UF. I will def take a bad ending if it means multiple SEC and National titles like last time...wtf? It is like you talk, but do not think at all. Very sure every Florida fan would take Urban back no fricking question.

Urban got into some kind of controversy while at J’ville. I can’t remember exactly how it went I would need to go look it back up. He is a walking controversy and distraction is basically my point.

Well if he comes out of retirement no question, but active coaches. I am pretty sure most UF fans would take either in a SEC.

It is in the past. He went to Ohio State after and didn't hurt him there so I doubt it will hurt him now.

Cause he'd need secret service type protection when they play us in Jacksonville.

Lane was to young during his time at USC. He has grown up mostly, but am sure he is still banging coeds..age does not make younger women less pretty..Hefner or Vince M are good examples of that.

lol yes he did. I forgot about AH playing for Florida. I know I have heard Finebaum rack him over the coals several times. Finebaum says he is sleazy.

Probably because he’s still working out some kind of issues with his “health

Also?…didn’t he mention something about needing to spend more time “focusing on his family” a couple of years ago?

So Stricklin surely will not do it then..he likes unproven coaches.

Drinkwitz fit that Bill back then before Missouri AD hired him. Why did he hire Napier when he lost to Drinkwitz twice in one season.

His heart couldn’t handle it

That is, barring how well the recruits pan out
