I think we'll just continue to play our biggest rival in conference play like we always have. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Woman's basketball is king at Tennessee.

They don't care about men's sports much.

Ohiovol:

Let's put Alabama's dominance against UT into perspective.

After a 44-13 win on Saturday, Saban is 6-0 against the Volunteers. His teams have outscored UT by a combined 204-65. That's an average final score of roughly 34-11.

RECORD SETTER: Matt Barkley sets new school and Pac-12 records in rout

Over six years, UT has scored six touchdowns and hit eight field goals against Alabama's defense.

Each of the last three wins has come by 31 points: 44-13, 37-6 and 41-10. The lone outlier among the last six meetings came in 2009, when the Tide needed to block a late field goal to hold on for a 12-10 victory.

Over the course of six years, Tennessee has led Alabama for 9 minutes and 52 seconds. That's out of a possible total of 360 minutes. Conversely, Alabama has held the lead against UT for 350 minutes and 8 seconds.

Overall, Alabama is 57-12 since the start of the 2007 season. Tennessee is 38-35. Over the last six years, Alabama has as many national titles, two, as Tennessee has winning seasons.

Here's the rub: Tennessee gauges itself against Alabama. The Volunteers always have – and if not always, at least since Bear Bryant rebuilt the Crimson Tide into a national power in the early 1960s.

And doing so comes with a cost, as you might expect. Tennessee is lacking, period. But in no light is UT more lacking than when compared against Alabama. The Crimson Tide, as led by Saban, own the Volunteers.

I didn't realize how many chicken shite programs there really are in the SEC--who knew?

It seems there is only one truly chicken crap program, and that is the one that continuously whines non-stop about it. Heck, at least TAMU & USCe don't gripe and moan about it insistently like LSU folks does. So it sounds to me there is only one truly chicken crap (your words not mine) program out there.
