Day is a really good developer of QBs. Not sure he would be doing as well under Kirby.

Justin fields should have been the starter. Not saying he would beat LSU but fields has better vision, better accuracy, and can get his team within a better shot with his team than Fromm ever could. Wouldn't u agree? Look at the passing percent Fromm has had lately, just about the worst. Could probably pick any hs QB to do a better job given a week to prepare vs any sec team that Fromm played in the regular season. Lsu is on another level vs Georgia. Doubt Georgia could do anything if they had Clemson QB in there

Obviously the Fromms ran a honeypot operation on Kirby. After Kirby couldn't say no to those silicone funbags, he was compromised and had to give Fromm the nod over Fields.

Better? Sure. Playoff caliber? No. Kirby needs to axe Coley and update the offense. Hire graham harrell and don’t meddle with the offense. Kirby should be a CEO type coach, not one that meddles with everything.

I'm fine with Kirby meddling in the defense. He's why it's as good as it is. It's the offense he needs to stay out of. He also needs to find the best OC he can and let him handle it. If I was in Kirby's shoes, I'd demote Coley and hire Matt Luke right now.
