I used to enjoy the rivalry until I moved to Atlanta. Then after 2010 - it got even worse.
There are a boat load of sidewalk fans -
They are frustrated with coming in second -
They hate that AU (probably has the most grads in the area outside of state schools) has actually won a title in recent memory and they haven't.
Our series is pretty much even and UGA always has a great team - but for some reason UGA fans think its a given they are superior.
My advice: Get a title and you might lose the blue balls feeling and we can get along better.
One positive - they don't sport their UGA gear like Tiders in Alabama. They are closer to Gator fans in Florida - its out there but not every freaking day - on cars etc.
