Are they competition or stealing recruits? No.
But their money comes from The UA system, so they're a drain on money since they cant support themself.

Terrible excuse. As part of your system they could probably benefit from the profile of playing UA. If you're going to be giving them money one way or the other you might as well give them the publicity along with it.

Don't know about Arky, but bammer won't play any because they are afraid they would lose one.

That's the point, we dont want to. The worst they are the sooner they stop the program and the money is spent in better areas.
They're wanting $75M from the UA board to build a new stadium.. Yea thats a great investment.

Honestly, I would like to see a UA-USA game. Bama would win but USA could use it as a recruiting tool. Play it the week before AU.

I got no issue with AU playing Samford as long as Coach Sullivan is still coaching...good opp for him to get back on campus and his players see his school.
I like AU playing a few cupcakes but I dont care if they are instate or out of state honestly. Charleston Southern or Jax St...whatever.
