Well I ran it three times and damned if you aren’t correct.
LSU at 9-3 with a win over Ole Miss and basically no one else would be in Atlanta over 10-2 Bama, UGA, TN and Ole Miss all of whom would be ranked significantly higher than LSU.
Committee would be screwed. You have Texas with a bye and have to choose from 4 other teams who’d have nearly identical resumes.

Didn't you remember LSU fans were laughing at Texas fans and Mizzou fans when LSU stole OL coach from Texas and stole DC and DL coach from Mizzou? Plus, LSU fans were saying Mizzou will suck because the DC and DL coach left to go to LSU.
